We are proud to do this with a two-eyed seeing approach - this principle incorporates the strengths of Indigenous knowledge and ways of knowing, and from the other eye with the strengths of Western knowledge and ways of knowing.

 

Facilitation services: Skilled facilitation supports effective communication and collaboration within groups. Our team guides discussions, ensures everyone has a chance to be heard, manages conflicts, and helps the group reach consensus or make decisions. Facilitation techniques can include brainstorming, group exercises, visual aids, and structured processes to facilitate productive and inclusive discussions.
